Very Knowledgeable and Helpful
Dr. Chelu takes the time to go through your issues and provides options and details to help you decide what path you are comfortable with. She even identifies options I wasn’t previously aware of. Talking to her about my gynecological issues is very easy.

Basically gaslighted me and the symptoms I've been having on hormonal birth control, telling me that it's just my fault I gained weight and am depressed (which directly contradicts what other doctors have told me as well as well-documented information online). Not only was it entirely unhelpful, but I felt shamed about what I was going through and the choices I wanted to make for my body. One of the worst experiences I've had with a medical professional.

Dr. Chelu is amazing! She explains everything you need to know, and listens to your feedback. Extremely thorough when explaining a procedure and explains both sides to possible tests for your child. Completely lets you decide what is best for you and your family. Doesn't pressure you into one side or another, simply educates you and lets you decide. I am very happy I came across her in my search for an OB-GYN for my first pregnancy.
