My wife Elaine was diagnosed w/3a breast cancer on 12/7/04. The tumor developed VERY rapidly, so fast, she just received her letter of “No Problems” from her hospital mammogram when we felt it. After surgery Dr. Brinz took her on as a patient. She’s one of the smartest, sweetest, caring, compassionate doctors AND listens to her patients, ….never rushed.She got us through the red devil chemo and on to radiation when Katrina hit N.O. Fortunately, Dr. Slamon’s Herceptin was just released that summer & my wife was Positive for Her2nu ….Dr. Brinz was all over it. As far as I’m concerned her (and her team’s) vigilance and medical devotion is what saved Elaine’s life. PS Trust your instincts & beware of dense breast tissue & proper testing. Elaine is doing well today & got to see her grand babies. 1/19/24

Dr Brinz never gave up in assisting me to get a diagnosis to an extremely rare disease. Many other doctors did. After my diagnosis she continued to monitor my long journey with this disease. She is not only exceptionally qualified as a physician, but she is also compassionate human being.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brinz for about 10 years now and she is just the best of the best. She takes her time to explain every medical issue, she listens and calms any fear, then explains how she plans to attack the problem.She also assures you that she will be with you every step of the way while you are fighting cancer. She is not rushed like most doctors and takes her time with you. I have NEVER left her office afraid I didn't understand everything I needed to know.

Dr.Brinz is a careing sweet Dr.she is very particular about her patients my fiance was diagnose with nasophgeal cancerlast year in 2015 and now 2016 he is cure.she was right there and i think her she was a blessing.to me and our family i would refer her to another patient if they need care..Thank you Dr.Brinz you was a Angel sent.
