Felt rushed and concerns not listened to
I've been seeing Dr Briley for 7 years now and I've consistently tried to work with her to find non-steroidal remedies for my eczema, but she seems unwilling to advise on any course of treatment other than prescriptions. As such, I will perform my own research on alternative methods of addressing the problem, like a filtered shower head and better lotion than what I can find at the drug store. And I will also be looking for another dermatologist.

Ok, but could be better
Appointment felt rushed. In and out in 10 mins. I get the impression that Dr. Briley doesn’t want to discuss any issues or questions about conditions or treatment options. My first visit was better than my second. May try again before deciding to switch docs. Could have been an off day I guess.

Wonderful, dermatologist who listens!
I’ve been seeing Dr Briley for 5 years now and I really like her. She’s not an alarmist (I’ve had sooo many moles biopsied by other derms) and is prudent on when to cut vs just watch and wait. She listens to your concerns. She’s friendly. No complaints! (Also it feels like most of the negative reviews are regarding the office or the staff— those don’t belong on the doctor’s personal page. She doesn’t control that)

I had a great experience with Dr. Briley! She was the first dermatologist who really understood what acne is like and took me seriously. She let me have input instead of telling me I only had one option.

Front desk has 3 rude people and multiple unfriendly signs that indicate they don’t have time to greet you but to sign in. Very bad first impression! Not staying.

Dr. Briley is great. Very polite, sensitive and caring. Among other things, I came to her for a really tough wart issue and she resolved it.

My whole family sees Dr. Briley and loves her. We've dealt with adolescent acne, dermatitis and weird moles. The office is also efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend.

I've visited twice, each time I came away with the same impression which is just ok. I came in for my adult acne. Dr. Briley pretty much just walks in, prescribes some drugs, and rushes out after 8min. She stayed 3 feet away from my face the whole visit. I would have liked more information on 1)the drugs I'm being told to take and how they will help 2)what could be causing my outbreaks. Summary: feels too rushed, glances at your face, then pushes drugs on you and leaves.

Go to this hack of a doctor is you want to be told you can wear makeup to cover up acne and be told your skin is red. Yeah, it's 30 degrees outside.

Worst MD visit I've ever been through. From the waiting room with annoying screen going on about skin issues/ads.Awful sounds emanating from it drove me to distraction.I asked to lower the volume. Was told it couldn't be done.Waiting rms are stressful.Put either calming music on or live tv.The nurse wasn't pleasant or disarming. I caught her rolling her eyes. The MD whizzed in & out.Didn't check my ears when I told her I have severe itching. The last person who took my file was rude & abrupt.
