Dr. Austin's office did a complete blood work. The nurse was very careful and pleasant. A few minutes later Dr. Austin entered and introduced herself. She listened to why I was there, and we went over my primary doctor's reasons for sending me here. Dr. Austin decided to start me on iron pills twice a day. I felt very confident that my visit was successful.

Dr. Austin has been extremely helpful in explaining my disease and treatments that are available. She takes the time to answer any questions I have. I have a very rare disease, yet she is knowledgeable, kind and comforting. I am very grateful to have a doctor who deeply cares and has taken such an interest in my well-being..

I was referred to Dr. Austin to be evaluated for having an elevated platelet count. She diagnosed me quickly. She is kind, knowledgable and very thorough. She always makes it about me. I am so glad I found her.

Dr Laura Austin Review
I have been seeing the doctor for the past two (2) years for various blood issues. The doctor really cares about her patients and works to provide solutions that are medically appropriate and also satisfies the needs and desires of the patient. Dr Austin is knowledgeable, patient, flexible, has an excellent bed side manner and has a work ethic that is hard to find these days, She gets 5 stars out of 5 and greatly exceeded and continues to exceed all my expectations.
