Disrespectful
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I didn’t even get to see the Dr., because she was too busy to be at my appointment. I made this appt weeks ago, very much excited about this hoping I’d finally found a dr to talk with me about hormones. I received a few reminders, and took off the half day from work to get there on time (15 min early). After finding parking, getting lost in the building, and filling out my paperwork, I was waiting to be called back with 5 minutes to spare. I heard my name at 3:37… just to be told that because I was not 30 minutes early, the Dr wouldn’t be able to see me, and that “they told me” to be that early. In a text reminder. An hour before I was meant to be there. What I was hoping would be an appt to finally take a step to resolving years of pain, instead resulted in tears and frustration, on my birthday nonetheless. I promise I had several better ways to waste my time today.

cold, impersonal, condescending, no bedside manner
Physician was unfriendly, cold, impersonal, was not connecting at all. Dismissive of my concerns. Did not examine me, spent very little time with me. Lacked any bedside manner. I've had lots of good doctors in the past, but I won't go back to her, and would not recommend to anyone.

Not treated
I came to see Dr. Andreson to help diagnose the cause of painful periods and heavy bleeding. She asked if I was trying to get pregnant, and at the time I wasn’t. She recommended birth control but I tried that before and it didn’t help. I expressed my concerns and she was VERY cold and disinterested. She went on to say that birth control was the best option to manage my pain and didn’t even attempt to diagnose what was causing my pain. I was very vulnerable and wasn’t helped at all. I do not recommend this doctor if you want to be taken seriously.

Horrible bedside manner- would not recommend
When I needed my doctor the most, I had severe pain and was told she could see me in 7 weeks, the PA in weeks. Trama line got me in. Doctor was not very empathetic and was told to go to ER. I found my pain was from an ablation I had done there. ER told me to be seen with follow up appt within 1 week. I got an appointment over 2 weeks later. Not once did their office call to check on me, see how I was feeling. 1 day prior to appt, I got a call that they decided not to renew their UHC insurance and I was no longer covered. I have abdominal pain, pushed off, not checked on and then told I have to pay out of pocket or go somewhere else all from a procedure that they caused. If their insurance contract ended, they shouldn't have made the follow up appt for me. I have waited two weeks in pain with no appt and no clue where to get in in a timely fashion anywhere else. I am saddened at the lack of medical treatment, bed side manner from this practice. It is not acceptable.

I have had a lot of issues over many years with endometriosis, my IUD and generally aging as a woman. Dr. Andreson has been incredibly warm, supportive and empathetic as we have worked through many rounds of trying to remove my IUD (placed by another Physician) and different methods to manage by pelvic pain and other symptoms related to endometriosis. It's incredibly important for a woman to trust her gynecologist and I feel better about my future with Dr. Andreson treating me. I can't recommend her enough!

Annual exam
I was in for my annual exam today, the actual appointment was fine, it was the check out process that was lacking. Dr Andreson asked that I stop and have lab drawn, I went to the check out area and they did not have this info, she asked that I go back to nurse, walked back to the area where they did my blood pressure and no one was there the help. I stopped at the lab area and the tech just told me I didn't have any orders for her to do lab, I went back to check out and they told me to call back and speak with a nurse. I called and LM for the triage nurse and she states she did not know what was needed but that if it was normal lab I should be able to walk back in the office and have it drawn but she advised that i call and speak with 'Macy' and she could answer this for me. I called and spoke with Macy and she literally cut me off mid sentence 'how did you get my direct extension' I informed her that the triage nurse told me to call. The staff is Rude and condescending

This is the worst ob/gyn I’ve ever visited. She’s condescending, rude and unapproachable. She has no bedside manner whatsoever and lacks personality. I felt like I was speaking to a concrete wall.

Lacking Manners - Bedside or Otherwise
My first visit with Dr Andreson was pleasant - she was excited for us and our pregnancy journey and delightful. That was the only visit where she was personable and not condecending or rude. When asking her questions as to why or how the recommendations for care came about - she had a because I said so approach. My last visit - she communicated that an additional test may be likely and someone would call to set it up. I specifically asked as it would be with Vandy which is outside of the normal doctors office. At checkout they asked about setting up the appt and I needed to call back to schedule so I could verify availablity. On the way home - Dr Andreson called me - and berated me for not scheduling the appt. The first words our of her mouth were "What part of this is important did you not understand." This woman is an awful individual. The practice would not let me switch to an alternate Doctor - so a practice change was a must. Go anywhere else if you want treated like an adult.

I do not recommend Dr. Andreson. I should have changed doctors early in my pregnancy, but I ignored my instincts. I heard her disparage a patient to a nurse during one of my visits. She repeatedly tried to get me to take a vaccine that I already had and that my pediatrician said was fine to pass on. Then, at the end of the pregnancy, she told me she wanted to induce, and when I pushed back, she became hostile. She did not deliver my baby, for which I am relieved. I wish I’d seen a negative review before I chose her as my provider.

Multiple mistakes during my visits. Clearly didn't look at old lab work, never wrote down script I needed etc.... instead of apologizing acted like I was being high maintenance. Nurses and staff outside of the room were too busy looking at phones and doing personal stuff to be sure scripts and blood work were entered in the system. Had to wait until doctor came out of next room/appt. for her to ok lab work (this was a yearly physical, isn't that standard?)
