Great GP who communicates well; excellent staff
Great GP who is attentive and communicates well both in person and through the patient portal. Explains test results clearly through the portal and answers follow-up questions promptly. Gave me balanced recommendations about proactive screening, recommending a colonoscopy for example due to my age, but not a physical prostate exam. Very positive attitude and easy to like. Staff at Cumming office is also excellent, from receptionist to nurses who draw blood or perform injections. I visited to manage high blood pressure and came back for physical.

Thanks to her extremely poor listening skills, immediate assumptions and drama, I received the wrong medical care at substantial health and financial expense.. I understand inexperience and mistakes in judgement can occur in every position, but I have never had a medical experience as poor as this one. I have recommended to my family that if she walks into their urgent care appointment, as she did mine, that they leave immediately.
