Terrible
This doctor and staff are awful. He did nothing for me. Staff sits around and watches the phone ring and ring. Ordered an MRI, read it and said 'we are done. You no longer need to see me' and referred me to a Neurologist. I will NEVER go back.

Very thorough and knowledgeable
Dr. Yu seemed very competent and thorough. He addressed my concerns about my sinuses, but also informed me of other important things that I wasn't aware of. He prescribed a nasal spray which resolves much of the problem.

Very professional, highly qualified doctors! Staff is great! Office is clean! My daughter has always been scared to go to the doctor but not to go see Dr. Yu! We had to have tubes put in her ears at 1 years old and even though it is a standard procedure it is a scary in hospital procedure but they make it so nice. We will miss Dr. Yu but are very happy she is all better!

I've been Dr. Yu's patient off an on since 2000. He has performed outpatient sinus surgery on me twice.; both were successful. He's very friendly with a wonderful bedside manner. After surgery he made it a point to personally speak with the person who drove me on my condition. The last time I saw him was about two years ago. He confirmed during my latest visit that it was my allergies (again) and my sinuses are clear. He recommended Ponaris in addition to my OTC allergy management protocol

Dr. Yu was assigned to me by my insurance. He had no clue what he was doing. Being that I'm an adult with a child type ear infection he was baffled. His staff was unfriendly and he did not treat my diagnosis properly. They could never fit me in to see him despite my pain and infection. He did not put tubes in that we're suggested by a Dr. who was not on my insurance. Instead he drained them & did not follow up or get me back in soon enough. As a result, I had permanent moderate hearing loss
