I worked with Dr Ding since the Sports Clinic in Riverside, he is the most kind hearted and caring Dr I have ever had the pleasure to work beside. The office he now shares space is the worst place I have ever been to. An yes the front office girls are horrible, they treat the patients like crap and should not ever be working with the public. This is no way has anything to do with the care you recieve for me the Dr.

Terrible at treating chronic pain. He rushes his patients, doesn't listen, shows little interesting in patient well-being and excuses his poorly run office. Wouldn't recommend.

I drive all the way from AZ so that I can see Dr. Ding! He's excellent! He cares about you as a person. He's interested in what is happening in your life. He's very knowledgeable, understanding and compasionate. He truly wants to help you have a life without pain. My 4+hr drive one-way to see him is well worth it. I wouldn't want to lose him just to have a pain doctor closer to me. (Hey....there's a definite NEED for pain doctors in this area. Maybe open an office here a couple days a month??)

Dr. Dean has been my pain management doctor for quite a few years. He understands a person in pain oh, he does his best to help you out and we'll try different things to see which works for you best. I would recommend him to anyone if you have chronic pain.

Dr. Ding is an excellent pain specialist. He listens to me and treats me as an individual, not as just another patient in pain. If you are in the need of a compassionate and empathetic doctor, you couldn't find one better. He has been very knowledgeable and helpful to my family for many, many years.
