Cold and not personable. Seemed disinterested in my concerns. I left the visit feeling worse than when I arrived. Would not recommend.

Dr. Cohen repaired my hernia. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my first call and was in surgery the week after that. He walked me through everything he was going to do and what I should expect after the operation. Everything was exactly as he said it would be. Additionally, they took me in for my appointments on time - I did not have to wait at all. Could not be happier.

Went in for ventral hernia repair. Dr. Cohen used mesh with dissolving sutures and used glue on the incision so no staples to remove. It's made the recovery that much better, plus I had no bruising or swelling and minimal pain after a few days. The entire team at Jefferson Surgical Center made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, from prep to operating room to recovery. I had a hernia repair ~25 years ago by another surgeon involving staples, drain tube and messy dressings. It made for a not-fun recovery. Dr. Cohen clearly keeps his skillset updated with much improved methods. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Cohen was awesome! I was suffering with a bad gallbladder. He fit me in quickly. His staff was so nice and helpful. I was able to have my gallbladder removed and you can barely see the scars on my stomach! Dr. Cohen was recommended to me through a friend and I would definitely continue that chain by recommending him to my family & friends! You should recommend him to yours, also. Thank you, Dr. Cohen! Dr. Cohen of Jefferson Health in Cherry Hill provided great service when my father (73 yr) arrived in the ER & ended up having his gall bladder removed. The communication of care and next steps as we moved along from the ER to admission to surgery went very well. Dr. Cohen took the time to talk to our family immediately after surgery w/detailed explanation of the surgery and what to expect. He saw him in his office a few days after surgery-kind,efficient,caring,thorough. Overall great experience

Our 93 year young mom needed emergency surgery for closed loop small bowel obstruction. Dr. Cohen cleared obstruction and kept a close eye on her after surgery. Mom never had any pain, incision looks great, and home after a short rehab. Thanks so much Dr. Cohen.
