Dr Sachs is a sweet, compassionate doctor who truly cares. She diagnosed my rheumatoid arthritis after many years of tests and visits with other doctors. We tried different meds and have now found the ones that are working. Very satisfied with her care.

Cancelled medications because she stated that labs were not completed although they were completed and the front office staff had to find them for her. Delayed treatment and refills unnecessarily. Always in a hurry to move along to the next thing and does not explain things thoroughly.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Sachs. She has listened to my issues and addressed them. She has answered all questions I may have. I have gotten in touch with her via phone and email, and she has responded promptly. I recently had abnormal lab results, and her office was immediately in touch with me.

Disinterested, appears condescending and almost standoffish. I’m a retired college professor and expect the same level of respect as any other patient. I will leave Pinnacle and find new, respectful providers.

Don’t waste your time. Acts like she is entitled. Unprofessional about how she talks negatively about other health professionals. She doesn’t listen, too busy talking about herself, TMI. Office staff are portrayed as “the problem”. This is the best that Pinnacle can offer? I’m moving on to another health system.

Same as the others. Seems to behave as though she really cares however doesn’t listen to me. I have moved on to another health system and rheumatologist. She needs to learn about being humble and approachable. RETURN YOUR PATIENT CALLS!

She does not listen to her patients. She has a annoying tick of constantly saying "uh huh" repeatedly!

I used to be quite happy with Dr. Sachs initially. However, in the last couple of years it has become harder to get in contact with her during flare-ups and getting medication has been a nightmare. Recently I had to do without a medication for over almost two months because her office failed to submit the proper paperwork for a pre-authorization. This was the second time this happened in a six month period. This is completely unacceptable and I have chosen to look for a new rheumatologist.

I like Dr. Sachs. She listens, is compassionate, is willing to try the less expensive meds first to see how they work, and she is good at explaining things. My issue would be with the office staff. Typically when checking in I hear about how busy they are, etc. (yet it is never very busy). It's also difficult to get the phone answered. I've also had issues with the specialty pharmacy calling and never getting a return to their message - so it's not Dr. Sachs that's the issue, but others.

I am extremely disappointed in dr Sachs. She was highly recommended to me. I had a very bad lupus flare. She prescribed methotrexate and I had an allergic reaction. I called her office Ns had to leave a message no response. The next medicine the same thing happened. I went to my family doctor. This is not how you treat a patient.
