Terrible office
Telehealth
Dr. Litvinova's decent but the office is awful. After not seeing them for over a year, they sent me multiple illegitimate bills for bills I ALREADY PAID. They also ignored my request that I sent through their approved patient portal for an appointment when I had COVID in fall 2023. On another occasion it took 1-2 weeks plus to get back to me regarding a referral and I had to cancel my specialist appointment because 'they were away.' I'm SO disappointed w this office. I spoke to the office manager about the 'bills' I was being asked about & she said she would get back to me&find out more info & she never did. And then they continued sending me bills for bills I ALREADY PAID. It is a shame they care so little for patients and only want money that isn't even due to them because it's already been PAID. Their attempt to double collect is extremely scammy.AFTER showing receipts that I PAID over a yr ago, Dmitriy Portnov in billing will NOT leave me alone nor stop attempting to make excuses.

Dr. Litvinova is great. Her attitude is professional but friendly, and she's never in a hurry. She always answers my questions, and she's clear and concise. She's also very smart and her advice has always worked for me. Also, I don't have to wait long in the waiting room. I highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Litvinova is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very thorough and knowledgeable with a wonderful bedside manner. I never feel rushed and always feel listened to. Also their scheduling is great- I've never had to wait more than 10 mins to be seen.

As a new patient I scheduled my physical + blood work back in November. Here's how it went from there: - I never received a confirmation phone call -- I had to call myself to confirm the appointment the day before. - Today, the day of the appointment I show up 10 minutes early and the receptionist barely acknowledged me -- she didn't even
