Really Listens to Patients
Dr. Jaussi is the first doctor I've had that I feel like really listens to me. She's taken my concerns seriously and doesn't dismiss things because I'm overweight and makes me feel comfortable being a LGBT+ patient. She's patient, kind, and understanding. She's put in referrals where I've needed them, such as for mental health or chronic issues. Wait times at the office can be long, but I believe it's because it's a small office that government insurance and has sliding fees for those who need it. Sometimes I have to wait awhile for my appointment, but everyone there is friendly and helpful as I wait. Highly recommend.
