Dr. Shepherd abandoned me after having me take test for a health problems. I called her office on several times only to keep getting her answering service and after leaving several messages there were no return call from her office. I then took it upon myself to go to her office only to find that she had completely move from this location without informing me that she was relocating. This was an unprofessional thing to have done. Shame on you Dr. Shepherd.

I really liked Dr. Shepherd. Her experience made me feel like I was in very good care. I am so disappointed that she does not accept my new insurance even though the profile says Aetna is accepted. I hope to be able to go back to her one day.
