I've had only GOOD experiences with Dr. Ertugay! Recently I suffered severe emotional stress that affected my physical health!! She professionally cared for my needs from start to finish!! I will never forget!!

Dr. Ertugay has provided me excellent medical care. She knows my issues and we discuss them regularly, but mostly over My Chart, which I prefer. However, if an office visit is necessary, it is easily arranged. I am very sorry to see her leave Swedish. She is an exceptional physician and may be difficult to replace.

I'm very sad that Dr. Ertugay is leaving Swedish. She is a most excellent provider, and it is a terrible loss for Swedish and her patients. I will maintain contact with her and seek her out in her new practice to reestablish care with Dr. Lane Ertugay. I am 75 years old, and she has been my doctor since she arrived at Swedish 12 years ago. Having had the best care ever from a physician, at my age I'm going to stick with her.
