I just completed a 23 day stay at USMD in Arlington, TX. which included two surgeries. Dr. Smith did not participate in the first surgery but he did cover the rounds for one of his partners who did perform the surgery. I found Dr. Smith to be one the kindest, most caring and uplifting people I have ever met. He would answer all my questions clearly and concisely and give me all the time I needed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Smith to my family.

Creme de la creme of pain specialist physicians. Dr. Smith cares for the physical, mental, spiritual and deepest sincerity of each patient's individual handset of special needs. Managing pain is tremendously challenging: no case is too problematic for this saint. Physician, surgeon, colonel, clinical genius, God gifted me with the inimitable medical care of a doctor committed to helping even the most difficult case of a career. I salute that fine gift and miss him tremendously.
