Dr. Lance Grenevicki, DDS

We are active duty military and there was an issue with the insurance coverage due to an ongoing transition to a new contract. We are still covered, but the system requires a temporary new filing procedure, which my insurance company provided me to give to the provider to use during this interim transition. Pam was unwilling to even look at the information from the insurance provider, which explained how to properly file the claim during the intermediary time while the insurance was switching contracts. I asked twice if she would just be willing to take a look at what the insurance company gave me, but she says that the coverage people don't know as much as the billing people and she would not hear it. She was extremely nasty on the phone and told me that this is not a common issue (which I assume it's not, but it is happening right now with United Concordia). It is not news that the federal funding systems are upside down right now. There was a very easy solution.

Dr. Lance Grenevicki is a genius. His knowledgeable expertise, gentle caring and precision made me feel confident and well taken care of during very sophisticated and delicate implant surgeries. His team is equally qualified in assisting Dr. Grenevicki to deliver quality care to his patients. I am deeply grateful and appreciative for the care I am receiving at this office. Highly recommend.

Dr. Grenevicki is a great oral surgeon, impossible to express how grateful I am to have found him and he participated in my insurance, an extra plus since they don’t have to. Should I ever need an oral or facial procedure in my future no question this would be my first second and third choice.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my appointment with the Dr and his staff. It's a small office, which I prefer because in the big multi doctor offices you get treated like a number and not a person. The Dr was very knowledgeable about my situation when I was there for a biopsy of lesions on my tongue. The surgery itself was painless and did not take too long. It has been painful since the surgery but that is to be expected. I will be honest, I'm quite anxious waiting for the biopsy results but I feel that I am in good hands with Dr. Grenevicki. His staff is very helpful and when you call, you get to talk to a live person, NOT a recording saying they are too busy to come to the phone. That is a pet peeve of mine. I would most definitely recommend this Dr to my family and friends.

This review isn't so much about Dr Grenevicki, but how much his office charges. I went for a consultation for TMJ and he recommended an MRI. I went back after the MRI, met with him for no more than 10 minutes to be told there wasn't a lot that he could do and recommended a PT and go back to my dentist. For two visits I was charged $460 (includes $20 for extra ppe due to Covid) plus I paid for the MRI. Not happy and probably won't go back.

Dr. Grenevicki is a great doctor. But I do not like his office manager. Very rude and unprofessional. I have issues every time I go to that office with her.

Very disappointed in the performance of office staff. They made me pay up front for all procedures. I spent almost $1500 and my insurance company told me they overcharged me if I look at the explanation of benefits. My insurance company paid them and I have not been reimbursed. They filed for the same thing on my medical and dental insurances and I’ve also already paid them. The fact that they have not reimbursed me and overcharged me when they are in network with my insurance is fraudulent billing but I feel powerless. It’s been an endless battle and I don’t know if I’ll ever get my money back. Pam is rude and makes you feel like a nuisance if you ever call and leaves you confused. Dealing with this office has been an absolute miserable experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

Dr Grenevicki is wonderful and did a great job with wisdom teeth removal. However the office staff is horrible! They charged me $858 for the procedure but when I got EOB from provider I should have only paid $518. I have called repeatedly to get money back and they keep saying it will be “up to 90 days” to get money back. My insurance company paid them on March 26 and I still have nothing. I call and receptionist states she will have Pam, office manager, call me back. However, I never receive a phone call back. It is really frustrating because, if it was us that owed them money, they would have expected payment much sooner than 90 days. So, why can they take 90 days to issue refund?

The DR was very informative, the negative is the office manager. I was to suppose to pay for a biopsy $300.00, she said we really don't know what the insurance is going to pay so charged me $850.00. I paid it because needed this done. I get the EOB from insurance $50.00 co-pay.. Now I have to wait up to 90 days for a refund and they will not give me the outside billing office number to check on the refund, because they don't accept phone calls. So make sure you have your wallet out because they say one thing but do other.

5 years later had an X-ray.. HE NEVER TOOK THE OTHER WISDOM TOOTH OUT, HE LEFT PIECES INSIDE ME! - DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT" was his RESPONSE!! It was a TERRIBLE recovery as well. WHATEVER YOU DO , DO NOT GO TO Dr. Grenevicki! MALPRACTICE MALPRACTICE MALPRACTICE MALPRACTICE MALPRACTICE!

I had a wonderful experience & would recommend the doctor for anything!

Dr Is nice and informative but I would not recommend a Dr. with such terrible Office manager. Pam is extremely rude even our health insurance worker couldn't stay on the phone with her. She is collecting more than the deductible -- for gloves and such when our deductible is $30. She charged us $108 for surgery when our explanation of benefits from our health insurance shows our part is only $30 and now we can't get our money back . Our health insurance is now going to look at dropping them and having a different oral surgeon for our plan. That says a lot !!! If you have to travel to Miami, do it!! This is the only oral surgeon on our health insurance. Our dental insurance has others but unfortunately the procedure goes under health . Check reviews and make an informed decision . We are still trying to get the overpayment back.

The Dr was very nice and seemed like he was very competent. His office staff is less impressive. I called the office to advise I believe I had a dry socket. She told me I was wrong and to just keep taking the pain medicine. I waited a 3 more days and called for the same reason. She asked me to come in and advised me that I did in fact have a dry socket. Getting a claim submitted to my ins company was difficult at best. Getting a refund for the ins pmt was impossible. 5 mths still waiting.

Wonderful doctor. Amazing staff.

Compassionate, friendly, a very patient oral surgeon. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I have his full trust! He was elected as President of the Brevard County Medical Association; need I say more. Thank you Dr. Grenevicki for excellent treatment to both my husband and I...we are healing very nicely..

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional office staff. I have never had or thought I would have an experience like that. No instructions on how to use a medication given, dry socket not attended to properly, wound not packed and general lack of concern for patient's comfort level.
