Doctor Pham is the best! I was having trouble seeing at night, and Dr. Pham got me in right away. She was extremely thorough with her tests and found cataracts in both eyes. She removed both of them quickly and painlessly, and my vision improved immediately. Thank you Dr. Pham, I'm forever grateful

Disorganized
Untrained, unlicensed staff working for her. They have no clue what they are doing. This is very scary!!! When you go to see the doctor you expect knowledgeable staff. Her appt time goes way over expect to be here for HOURS!!!! She has gone down hill, she was very scattered brain, because she has to teach her staff what to do and still do her job. Disaster waiting to happen. Not worth the visit.

Very Poor office visits, overbooks it’s very rude.
The wait time is much to long sometimes over an hr. She’s hard to understand when she talks to you ….lreally does not explain much. Only prescribes eye drops that cost hundreds of dollars most insurance co. refuse to pay for them. The day I arrived for surgery she charged me out of pocket either 600 or 900.00 Extra or she couldn’t do the cataract surgery..I can’t recall exactly because it was two yrs ago. Surgery was fine it took along time to feel improvement. I went back once after the surg. Never went back, I refuse to be treated like cattle and disrespected.

Patient
As a patient I call Dr. Pham my Phenomenal, Fantastic Dr. Pham. To say I was nervous and almost reluctant to undergo cataract surgery would be an understatement. My fears vanished after my first visit with Dr. Pham and her team. Every question I had was answered. The procedures - left and right eye cataract removal and implantation of corrective lenses - went flawlessly from pre op visits to post op visits. The results have been amazing thanks to the expertise of Dr. Pham and her team. I am 100% satisfied with my total experience.

I am a little confused by the negative reviews for this Doctor and her office staff. I found her and her staff to be helpful, friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. Frankly, compared to other eye doctors I have been to Dr. Pham's exams are very, very thorough - which is greatly appreciated. Recommendations are reasonable and she even provides lifestyle/nutrition improvements that would help with eye conditions. The appointment went very well, no waiting and all my (many) questions were answered completely and in sufficient detail. I did not feel rushed and did not wait at all. I would recommend this practice.

Dr Pham is awful. She took care of my mom for her cataracts and was rude. She insisted that my mom take restasis. When my mom asked for another option, Dr Pham refused. When insurance wanted to talk to Dr Pham re the restasis, Dr Pham told my mom she has no time to talk to insurance companies! She also told my mom that she should change insurance companies! Really? Cmon! My mom has had this insurance for over 50 years! Her eyes have had issues since the cataracts were done. Do NOT GO TO HER..

I found Dr Pham to be unprofessional and downright rude. She told me that my body did not accept the cataract surgery she performed. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is a disgrace to her profession.
