STAY FAR AWAY FROM 'DR. MITCHELL' !!!!
Wish you could give a rating of ZERO! This 'doctor' is by far the worst ER doctor my family has ever dealt with. He is extremely rude, crude, unknowledgeable, and just outright nasty. When he talks to you, he does it in a demeaning way. There is no eye contact, he looks at the ceiling?! He has zero people skills, lacks empathy, and speaks to you like you're wasting his time. Stay away from St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic, NJ if he is the ER doctor!

Should not be practicing medicine
On May 13 my 53 yr old husband was transported via ambulance to St Clares Denville ER. He was treated by Lamont Mitchell the doctor in the ER that evening. Dr Mitchell was insensitive and had ZERO compassion and empathy. When he came to talk to myself and my daughter, he said to me, ‘so what happened today?’. I said absolutely nothing. My husband was fine. He was not complaining of anything. Dr Mitchell then said, ‘we did everything we could but he’s gone’. My daughter and I were in complete shock. She said to him, “did you really do everything you could, did you” and he and the nurse proceeded to turn around and walk away from us and that was the last time I saw him. They left us standing there in disbelief, no explanation, NOTHING. We went outside to process this and when we came back in they left us standing outside the room where is dead body was for at least 15 mins before a more sympathetic nurse came over and took us in the room to see him. She was exceptionally nice

Rudest medical unprofessional
He is dismissive with zero regard to your medical needs. Prefers sarcasm over providing information. Whoever left the previous 5 star review but most be related to him. There is no way this man deserves anything but zero stars. Every platform that list reviews for him, has the same complaints.
