Trust
I have been a patient of Dr Jagadish for over a year now and wanted to share how pleased I am. Dr Jagadish is definitely a serious and focused physician, but she is personable, she listens well, and she is informative. If you are having an issue and call her office, she will make sure she works you into her busy practice. I totally trust my relationship with this doctor.

The office staff is TERRIBLE
Dr, Jagadish was very nice and spoke very clearly with me about my health and what I can do for a long healthy life. Great. BUT the office administrators are complete trash. They are so bad I had to come give a review. They sent me out of my original appointment after waiting in the office for an hour only to say they couldn't get a hold of the insurance. I called my insurance right after and sit on the phone while my insurance spoke with the office manager only for the office manager to read the wrong medical number. I go in two days later and this same office manager doesn't say hello or anything when i walk up to the window. Just "$220." I clarified it was just a routine insurance-coved annual physical "oh ok then its free." What the...? It has been a month and I have called 3 times to get them to send my physical to my insurance and they haven't. I urge you, go anywhere else. They are unorganized, careless and make the Dr. Jagadish look horrible.

Dr. Jazadish is a very good doctor listens well, her staff at front desk is very unprofessional. She will leave you on hold when you call. Making you miss app. Will not notify doctor when you meet refills.

Very often I don’t write reviews online, but what happened with the office of Dr. Jagadish is worthy to be shared, Long story short, we didn’t even had the chance to see the doctor,, the office called us at 05:45 PM informing us that our tomorrow very first appointment is cancelled ( appointment granted a weeks ago) and when we asked for the reason they attested that they have a busy schedule and we have to see ANOTHER Doctor. As simple as that. Wow... we made all the arrangements required to attend this appointment had to work over the weekend to be able to be off on my appointment day, have to arrange for someone to watch my kids on that day... and just like that an evening call ruined everything... I wish that the Office Management read my post and take the required corrective steps as we don’t really want that anyone else will have to bear this IRRESPONSIBLE CARELESSNESS experience.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jagadish for 15 years, she is a wonderful doctor and is very caring for her patients. My husband hates going to any doctor but he does like Dr. Jagadish. She listens to her patient's concerns and is always a fighter for our rights. We need more doctors like her!

I waited nearly two hours in her waiting room/office before I was seen. Her office was understaffed as no receptionist for half the time I waited to be seen. Dr Jagadish was aware of my issue and promised to read my X-rays & provide a referral within 24 hrs, which is NOT what transpired. I called the office six times in the following 43 hours to get my referral, and all while I was in serious pain, The doc told me I should have gone to the ER if I was in pain! NO sense of urgency! Poor service.

I switched primary physicians about a year ago, after my primary doctor of 20 years retired. I began seeing Dr. Jagadish in Burleson. She is a very nice and capable physician. Here is my issue: Dr. Jagadish will not renew prescriptions, unless you see her every three months. I am a healthy 50 something woman, who doesn't need to be seen unless there is a problem. I can't afford to take money out of my pocket, just to put it in hers for no reason. I am now looking for a new primary care provider
