Dr. Lady Dy, MD

Dr. Dy has taken care of a skin situation with fillers that the doctor who performed the procedure would not address. He said the swelling and pain in my face had nothing to do with the fillers he injected. Dr. Dy was able to dissolve them and bring the swelling down to normal. I have been seeing her for several years and she always has all the newest cutting edge procedures and is excellent at suggesting the optimal options. I would never go anywhere else!

The doctor saw me 45 min. late. As soon as she heard I was on a limited budget she wrote me a script, didn’t tell me anything about it, and left the room. She saw me for about 1 minute

I only reason I gave them 1 star is because there isn't an option for 0 stars. They deserve nothing. I've lost time from work and spent hundreds of dollars medicating myself and these doctors won't run any tests to confirm my condition. They've done nothing but visual observation and my condition is worst. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!! My biggest issue was the fact that I called for an appointment, explained my condition -symptoms, and asked specifically before taking time off work if I could have tests run to confirm the diagnosis. I was then placed on hold for the receptionist to confirm with the doctor. They came back on the line after speaking with the doctor, and promised to run tests during the visit. The doctor absolutely refused to run any tests, but gladly took my money and sent me on my way. A doctor at another facility saw me, ran tests, and treated me accordingly.

After seeing Dr Dy for quite some time I finally left. She can be rude. She told me there was nothing else she could do for my condition when I knew that was absolutely incorrect. After seeing another doctor I was proven right and learned how her care is subpar. All these other comments are correct that Lisa at the front desk can also be rude and harsh! It’s not an enjoyable office to walk into.

Dr. Dy has been a God send. I have had alopecia for 28 yrs and have seen many Dr.'s in that time. Dr. Dy has blown them away in both knowledge and professionalism. She always takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns and has gone above and beyond in battling with the insurance companies to get me the medicine I need. For the first time in 25 yrs or so I finally have my hair and beard and It just goes to show that I never even realized how much the loss of it truly affected me until I felt the freedom when I got it back. I would highly recommend her for any of her services as I'm sure you would have the same experience!

I wish I could select zero stars. I was misdiagnosed and treated like a cash cow.

I saw Dr Dy the last week of December 2019. She is a true angel. I had a three day window to schedule my visit. Lisa, The Practice Mgr, squeezed my visit between patients. I was given the best dermatology treatment for my condition and, the results were excellent. As a practitioner, Dr Dy has surpassed all my expectations, her training ensures my needs will be addressed correctly, And her practice gives me access to the latest most advanced dermatology treatments available! She gave me a f”full body scan” for melanoma but did not ask me to put on a gown. In other words this was not professionally done. She sold me Kybella for $2600. She did not administer anesthetic for the first two treatments and it was painful. For the third and last I demanded anesthetic to the area to be treated. Why was this not done in the first place? I tolerate pain very well but almost passed out from the first two treatments. When I told her that I did not see an improvement from the Kybella treatments she exhibited a deeply contained but easily perceived anger. Then she tried to sell me $1200 worth of cremes and potions. This woman is simply out to establish herself as a cosmetic dermatologist. Do not be fooled!

One of the rudest worst drs I have ever seen! I would give zero stars if I could. I saw her mutual times only because I didn’t know where else to go for hair. She didn’t even bother to have a blood work done which shows I have a lot of deficiencies that are probably contribution to my hair problem. She is rude and unhelpful! I would highly recommend not going to her!

I am a patient of Dr Dy’s for maybe 7 years.. Dr Dy is very talented! I am being treated for hair loss and she is the very best! She also is very talented in many other areas of “beautification”. Please visit her. Your missing out if you don’t atleast consultation. Also Practice Manager is Lisa, Is efficient and knowledgeable about insurance coverage.

Horrible Horrible Dermatologist office and the office Manager Lisa is insane! Lisa yelled at me in front of my two small kids. I have never witnessed such a horrible person like Lisa in my life. I was dissatisfied with my service and was talking to the receptionist about it and Lisa came over and started yelling at me saying "Get out now!" My kids started crying and we left immediately.

Dr Dy was very nice and helpful however her staff is terrible. From the beginning when I went to book my appointment they gave me the wrong information regarding setting up a consultation. Not the brightest working for her and the office manager is cranky and rude!

I cannot believe Dr. Dy has rude, abrupt and non-professional people handling her front office desk....specifically "LISA" Dr. Dy is such a great doctor. However, her poor choice on employees reflects upon her practice as a whole. I'll be looking for a new dermatologist.

She doesn't seem to care and doesn't seem very creative in her approach to helping others. She also seems to be a ripoff because she won't see a patient for all conditions during the same appointmentm which is what I was told by her office staff.

It's a shame to give a poor rating because of office staff but it's necessary with Dr. Dy's staff. Not only are they extremely rude but they scheduled an appointment for me and when I arrived after my hour and ten minute drive, said I didn't have an appointment after all. By far the quality of the staff is the worst I've ever seen and I will never again go see Dr. Dy.

I have seen Lady Dy for a long while. She has treated me for hair loss . I went to many doctors before seeing her and my condition continued to worsen. I came to Lady Dy and she is an expert in the field. I am now in remission. For the last few years I have used her for fillers . She looks at the entire face and does not treat one area without giving the patient a very natural look. She also has a wonderful bedside manner and puts the patient at ease.

I looked around but plastic surgeons prices arr crazy. I decided on Doctor Dy to get some fillers in my face. She was polite, professional and very sweet. The procedure did not hurt and I look better.
