Dr. Ilkhani always comes in with a smile which relaxes you immediately. She is patient, I never feel rushed when I have questions and they are answered so that I understand and I'm not leaving with more questions.

I've been going to this location for over 30 years. I've seen great care and poor care. Dr. Illkhani is by far the best hands down. She explains everything well and I never feel rushed. A true primary care doctor that looks at you as a whole person and not just one ailment. The staff is always friendly and personable. They often as how my family is doing, especially my granddaughter. My only complaint is sometimes it takes days or a week to get in for a sick appointment. It has gotten a little better. I do recommend the PA or NP (I forget which title) she can see you quicker and is very good too in a pinch .

Dr. Iikhanizadeh is nice however, I did not feel the office was inviting. The environment was dreary and the office personal was not friendly.

Dr.Ilkani is fantastic. Knowledgeable, personable and interested in her patients well being. Dr.Ilkani's medical staff is confused (or giving the brush off), dismissive, lacking concern or feeling for the patients. It is a shame that they are the first impression you get for such a great doctor. But the fact is they are. And you will be put on hold by them, made to wait by them, told your sickness can wait a week before you are seen, and told you can wait days before you get your prescription.
