Avoid this doctor at all costs
Dr. Olsen was rude and dismissive. She refused to do any scans or further testing. She outright lied about test results, I guess she forgot that mychart exists. I would not trust Dr. Lacey Olsen to put on a band aid.

Disdainful and Dismissive Behavior
Spoke to her less than an hour ago. Dangerously dismissive while discussing my Grandma's medical treatment. Found she has not fully disclosed reasons for upcoming MRI in the morning. MRI scan restrictions I know to be false. Don't feel safe having her treating my Grandma!

I have seen her several times. She listens, ask questions, gives tips and clear instructions, encourages and includes you in your plan.

Condescending and abusive person. She's even rude to staff in front of patients. I would not see her again if I was dying
