Provided minimal follow up care. Made errors during my procedure and blamed the nurse. Poor bedside manner. Felt like it was an assembly line and didn't even see me as a human being. If you go to the is practice, I strongly suggest you select a different doctor.

Dr. Fairbanks has been treating me for 4 years. I was blessed that she was the GI on call when I had to be taken to the ER. She is very knowledgeable, skilled, takes time to discuss my condition, explains well, and is kind, friendly and a consummate professional. I am so glad to have her as my GI doctor and hope she never leaves the area. That's saying a lot from someone who doesn't much care for the medical profession as a whole, due to a couple of past situations with other doctors. I Don't believe the couple of negative reviews here. Dr. Kirsten Fairbanks is a fantastic physician.

I have been seeing Dr, Fairbanks for over 4 years and find her a compassionate knowledgeable doctor. She has the ability to help me understand what is causing my issues and allowed me choices for treatment. She always makes sure to answer my questions before and after procedures that were needed. She also recognizes me when she sees me since the first time I met her and is prepared for our appointment.

I am a new patient. Dr. Fairbanks is so professional, patient and friendly. She took time for my appointment to help me figure out my problems, didn't feel she was rush at all. So far probably the best doctor's visit experience for me.
