Dr. Kyle Weld, MD

I waited for 90 minutes beyond my appointment time in the waiting room, and then once I was moved to an exam room I waited another 45 minutes. Once I was finally seen by the doctor (more than 2 hours after my appointment time), he was stoic and uncaring. He then had me wait until they could send in someone to perform some tests. After waiting for another 30 minutes without any actions being taken, I finally left in disgust. Avoid this doctor and this medical facility. They are grossly incompetent.

I have seen several doctors through Urology SA and I would definitely put Dr. Weld at the top of the list. He is friendly and goes out of his way to help you.

For years, I have trusted Dr Weld to care for friends and family members. Most recently, my 80 year-old, deaf uncle with cerebral palsy had a urologic emergency. He is a complicated patient. Surgery was required. It went flawlessly. Dr Weld was extremely professional, caring and explained everything throughout the experience. Our family and friends will continue to go to Dr Weld and refer him without hesitation to anyone with urological issues.

Dr. Weld is polite and listens well. He explains medical conditions and treatment options well, and he patiently answers my questions. I feel like he respects me and cares about my concerns. He has been my doctor for 6 years and I am very grateful for his care. I also hear him talking to his staff — he is truly a gentleman. I trust him and I recommend him often to others.

Dr Weld listens, cares and suggests best treatment. After a PSA test, he personally called within 2 days to discuss results and possible next steps. He is calm, reassuring and most pleasant.

Dr. Weld is providing me with active surveillance care for cancer. I meet with him twice a year to monitor my health. I could not be more pleased with the quality of care I am receiving from Dr. Weld. He is genuinely interested in my health and listens carefully to my concerns. I never feel that Dr. Weld is rushing through my appointment to get to the next patient. I have complete confidence in his medical knowledge and treatment. His expertise on the latest treatment developments in Urology give me great confidence that I will continue to live a healthy life.

I have been seeing Dr. Weld for several years and have gotten very good advice and treatment from him. He explains the whole problem, explains the procedure or procedures, gives options and is very clear, concise, thorough and patient. His office staff and nurses are very knowledgeable and efficient.

He was dismissive, defensive and lacked compassion. Probably would benefit from some coaching sessions on good bedside manners!
