Dr. Kyle Reynolds, DO

Dr. Reynolds was very kind. He listened to me without rushing me. He was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis. He gave me good patient care and I was thankful to have him treat me. he was very compassionate and understanding and he made me feel very comfortable.

On January 3, I went to the ER at ADVENT HEALTH Tampa My complaint was a very high heart rate and dizziness and extreme pain and swollenness on a previous surgical site. Dr. Kyle Reynolds did a chest Xray, and CT scan of my head among other blood tests. When I complained about the pain in my surgical site he just looked at it and stated " I see nothing wrong with this and its not infected" He then discharged me saying I was just dehydrated from having the flu days prior to. No prescriptions nothing. After following up with my PCP, we found the surgical site was in fact infected with MRSA!!! I called two complaints in. Dr. Kyle Reynolds lied and said I never told him about the surgical site pain. I told them to look at the cameras and they disregarded me completely. This doctor made a huge ERROR and this is the definition of MEDICAL NEGLICANCE! He billed my insurance $20,000 in which I am now responsible for 7K of it in something he never even treated me for!
