Dr. Chong misdiagnosed the nature of the infection, prescribed an antibiotic that was not appropriate for the type of infection, and completely ignored me when I told him that it was subsurface and not a "hair follicle" as he argued it was. It was clear that he felt he had better things to do than to address a minor infection in the ER. Fortunately, my regular doc was able to correct his errors.

Dr Chong was the emergency room doc when my daughter was brought in for a fall from 10 feet. Dr Chong was very professional and thorough in his assessments and ordered tests. He took time to stop in several times to answer questions as well as explaining results of the tests. He was very courteous and took time to stress importance of back and activity restrictions as well as signs of worsening of symptoms. We felt at ease that he was doing his best for my daughter and her safety.
