Dr. Garg Takes Great Care of my Family
Dr. Kusum Garg has cared for my family since 2014. I appreciate her thoroughness during our appointments. She has helped us manage a variety of health conditions: hypothyroidism, hypertension, hypercholesteremia, asymptomatic PVCs, GERD without esophagitis, as well as intractable migraine without aura. She makes referrals as needed. I trust her completely!

Very much. She is a great Dr.
She is very thorough, doesn't sugar coat her advice for me. She makes sure all my meds are right for me and available when I need them. She is stern yet, compassionate, best Dr. I've ever had.

Exceptional physician
My husband and I (both seniors with multiple complex health conditions)have been under Dr. Garg’s exceptional care since moving to Hope Mills in 2020. She is an exceptional diagnostician, as well as very proficient, caring, knowledgeable and intuitive. She’s the best PCP we’ve ever had. Her staff are also very efficient, friendly and professional. We highly recommend this practice.

Great Doctor and exceptional person.
She is one of the best GP, I have ever had. She is through, extremely knowledgeable and caring. If she doesn't feel she can treat a problem, she dose not hesitate to send you to a specialist. She does NOT guess a treatment. We love her both as our Doctor as well as sn extended family member.

I am not a patient of Dr. Gargs. I met her while shopping and explained a desperate situation my son was going through paying for medications. The next day she Personally called me with the information he needed. Highly recommend her. Very personable and compassionate! Carolyn Sublett 4/02/22

I am rating who ever is in charge of online scheduling and follow up appointments confirmations for Dr. Garg. I never saw Dr. Garg because I received a voicemail from Amanda at 3:34 pm (the day before my online scheduled appointment) that I would have to complete new patient forms prior to my appointment which was scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 11 @2:15 pm. Upon returning the call at 4:22pm I was informed by Caprica that the office was closed for the day and that before I can be seen by Dr Garg that I would need to come by the office and obtain a new patient package and because the package would have to be completed and reviewed by Dr Garg before I'm approved for the appointment. I am very disappointed that I was not made aware of this while making the online appointment on 2/8/2021. I was really looking forward to my new patient appointment with Dr. Garg based on my Fed Blue Cross Blue Shield provider search and her online reviews in internal medicine. Online Schedule is very deceptive

I went to this doctor for twenty years. Very dissatisfied with the quality of her service anymore. I changed doctors. She does not take time to look at the blood tests and is not concerned about health issues. When I found out my kidneys were at a stage 3 kidney failure. And at a 49-50 reading. She gave me medicine that dropped it to a 27. My kidney Doctor said there's no way to reverse the damage. Just have to watch it very closely so it don't go lower and have to be on Dialysis. Her care and concern went down hill over time. ??

Dr. Garg is a very caring and personal doctor. My wife and I have been with her for over 9 years. She takes the time to listen to your questions and problems. Then after a thorough examination, she makes her recommendations. She is easy for follow-up questions and concerns and is available for phone questions through her personal nurse. Most of the time, she has gotten back to me with in 24 hours or less. If it's an emergency, they really try hard to work you in. Her staff is top notch!
