From the initial consultation through final discharge, I was blown away by Dr. Moyer and his team. Their knowledge, compassion, skill, and responsiveness have been unmatched. The way they handled everything on my behalf with insurance reduced my stress significantly: I couldn’t be happier with my breast reduction. Doctor Moyer was patient with me and answered all my question at our initial visit. He then took all the time needed to answer my additional questions at our pre-op appointment the week prior to surgery. The morning of surgery I was confident I had a skilled and caring surgeon operating on me and was excited to be in excellent care. If it weren't for Dr Moyer I would have had the courage to go through my "mommy makeover". You will not be disappointed. Don't think twice and let Dr Moyer help you!

I was scheduled to have brow lift and Min face lift and he showed up barely kn time and he appeared red eyes and not awake and fresh out of bed, and he began shouting at me, I a,ready been there an hour had my gown on and a IV in my hand and he was sounding off like I’ve never seen a doctor act, telling me he would give me the number to a doctor in Richmond Virginia that’s done more surgeries than him, and that “I can’t ask him how many surgeries he’s done with a IV in my hand?” Not allowed! Can’t ask questions with this doctor, better have servers, visits prior to surgery cause he won’t, refused to allow me to ask questions when all doctor I've had always asked me, Prior to surgery if I’m comfortable, and do I have any questions?” Not this fellow! I had my IV removed and did not let him do the surgery! I’d been afraid to let him operate in a dog! I don’t see recent reviews kn him…only old reviews! I’ve contacted the medical board and The Veterans Admin about my experience….

Dr. Moyer is an amazing Dr. If not for him i wouldnt have had the nerve to do what id wanted to for years!!

I have seen Dr. Moyer for several things over the past four years. He and his staff are always kind, professional and thorough. I have been extremely pleased with the treatment and services I have received at the Carilion Cosmetic Center.

I'm still under this doctor's care, but the surgery result looks good and he is very kind. This was fixing an old bilateral augmentation . My past implant's from a different doctor needed replacing. I still have the expected swelling from Dr. Moyer's surgery, which is normal after only four days, Wednesday is my revisit. The whole team he had was wonderful to me. I'm sure if I have any issues, he will address them, but from what I see, he is very skilled. I LOVE how he's a stickler for cleanliness. They instructed me to take 3 showers in the 24 hours before surgery, even then gave me cleaning towels to go over the area. I had an injury on my arm (unrelated) and they wrapped it to protect it from being in the hospital area. I am totally pleased with Dr. Moyer and his team.

Dr Moyer & his staff are wonderful, caring & very attentive. Dr Moyer explains everything in detail & is so kind. I truly felt safe & confident in his hands. However, I did not get a good result from my neck lift & platysmaplasty. I have horrible scars & had to have a scar revision which did not fix the problem. The bands in my neck started to reappear a few months after the surgery. I'm not saying Dr Moyer is not a qualified surgeon but I did not get a good result & I'm extremely disappointed.

Dr. Moyer was great in the initial consult, but when things didn't go so smoothly, he didn't even want any parts of talking to me. I am almost 10 yrs out from having a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. I now have Post Mastectomy Pain Syndrome. Most surgeons will act like they don't even know what this is but it is a real thing. I have pain every day since my surgery. It feels like I have a bra on that it is 3 times too small!! The tightness is unbearable. I would not recommend him!!

Dr. Moyer has done a great job and has been very caring with my situation. He has explained everything to me every step of the way in my treatment. His staff are very nice and caring, also his NP is the best. KW

His staff is professional, caring, and thorough as well. I have been so pleased and would easily and eagerly recommend him and Carilion Clinic Cosmetic Center to others.

Polite but gives inconsistent information. I had a bad experience with my results.
