Dr Larson replaced both of my hips. My left hip was replaced back in 2011, the right hip replaced in 2014. I walk 3-5 miles a day and have never had a problem since. ????

Went to Dr. Larson for intermittent pain/soreness/weakness in my right knee. After taking x-rays, Dr. Larson manipulated my knee to see if he could find the source of the pain. He diagnosed arthritis in my knee and encouraged me to walk daily. He also suggested that I call the office if I notice the pain worsen. I first met Dr. Larson in 2005 after breaking my femur in two places just slightly above my knee. Thanks to his exceptional surgical and rehabilitative skills, I have regained 99% range of motion. The other 1% is limited only due to the fact that I have screws in my knee that prevent me from being able to touch my heel to my derrière. If word of mouth is the best advertisement, I have done my part by telling friends and family that Dr. Larson is the best Orthopedic Surgeon in Fredericksburg!!!

Mark Ford quickly and professionally reviewed my complaints. He agreed with my own assessment that I had over stressed my hip during a recent extended trip. He ordered PT and reminded me that an injection could be considered if pain continued. I value his opinion and look forward to getting stronger through PT.

I moved here from PA and knew this TKR had to be done. I am almost 70 and to pick up with a strange doctor was not an easy thing to do. Thankfully I had made a friend through my daughter's family and she highly recommended Dr. Larson. Meeting him was like he had been your doctor forever. The only person I could compare his bedside manners to is my pcp in PA whom I've had since 1986. He make you feel very comfortable about everything: a great person and doctor.

Dr. Larson takes the time to listen to his patients and offer sound recommendations that are standards of care and best practice. I appreciate Dr. Larson more than he will ever know. He gave me hope, when I thought all hope was lost. I no longer have the pain associated with a rotator cuff tear, in which another local surgeon misdiagnosed my symptoms and failed to appropriately treat me. Thank you Dr. Larson and his awesome staff!!!

Love him, his nurse and PA Mark Ford. Some of the office staff are difficult to deal with and God forbid if you want your medical records because it will take every bit of 15 days even if its one piece of paper.

As a 70 year old senior who loves golf, my game and general health was in serious jeopardy until Dr. Larson and the folks at OSC solved, and I do mean solved, two problems that went unresolved by three other physicians. Now my golf game and health are in top form. All the folks at their two offices are simply outstanding. Dr. Larson treated my son some years ago when he was injured while playing sports and now he has repeated the same level of excellence for this old golfer.

I recently had knee replacement surgery by Dr. Larson. He did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised and excited that I was up and around in a very short period of time. He and his PAs were outstanding in providing me the information I needed and follow-up after surgery. In addition, PT by Mid-Atlantic Spine and Rehab was great. I would highly recommend Dr. Larson.
