Dr. Kurt Heil, MD

I had a Great visit with Dr. Heil.

I have been seeing Dr. Heil for over fifteen years and his demeanor with the patients is always satisfactory. H takes the necessary time to listen to the patients' concerns and always provides clear and insightful answers. He is currently managing a myriad of health issues ranging from heart disease to hypertension to many others. I will continue my scheduled visits with Dr Heil as he has always been there to accommodate my issues.

Dr Heil takes his time and addresses my concerns or questions to my satisfaction. He’s never abrupt or dismissive of what I say.

Dr. Heil is friendly, very smart, thorough, a good listener and problem solver.

Dr Heil listens and pulls together all your medical history to determine the best course of action very well. Office staff efficient, never have to wait too long.

I see Doctor Heil for my annual checkups and any other health concerns. He’s always professional, thorough, and takes time to go over my medical history. He offers suggestions to improve my health and always calks with my lab results. Im very pleased with Doctor Heil and recommended his practice.

He was able to answer all my concerns and questions. He was able to carve out the time to listen to my quistions and concerns.

Semi annual wellness check

Only a short wait. My annual physical. Dr. Heil was thorough and covered all my concerns.

Fortunately I don’t see Dr. Heil often but for the 6 yrs I’ve known him my visits have been relaxed well informed. I very confident in all the advise he offers and decisions he make regarding my health concerns.

I am a longtime patient of Dr. Heil’s. He is personable and helpful, and seems to be upgrading his knowledge and skills regularly. My only request is that he look more at me and less at the computer during a visit. I know he’s often hurried, but it would be better for me to talk when he’s not typing and vice versa. That way, I know he’s hearing me and we won’t miscommunicate. The nurse who handled my history, etc., was good. I think her name is Maura or Laura (hard to hear with masks) as was the front line staff. It would be good to ensure that office staff keep their masks over their noses, both for sound medical practice since it’s required, and for modeling a good example for patients. Most of the office team did that, but one wasn’t doing that when I arrived.

Very professional answers all my questions

This doctor is always on top of his game. I have know him since he started. Twenty plus years a go.

When I contacted regarding my symptoms regarding heart problem and headache, he helped me to make an appointment ASAP. Dr. Heil checked everything in detail. Also, he solved problem and provided prescriptions. Dr. Heil is the best doctor as a PCP.

I called to ask about my husband and I becoming patients of Dr. Heil because my Mom and Aunt are both patients there. I was told that I needed to have our records faxed there so they could review them and see if we were a suitable fit. I was under the impression that the practice was there to fit us not the other way around. I was surprised at some of the negative reviews, not anymore! Needless to say we will be choosing another doctor.

Although Dr. Heil was a lot nicer than his colleague Dr. Fardo, he surprised me by bringing up a past hosp adm of mine where I 1st met Dr. F. Dr. H wasn't sure why I had been admitted-read the whole chart, not what Dr.F had told you. BTW, Dr. Heil (and your not so nice CRNP) one of the side effects of Lasix is urinary issues so don't make the pt feel like they're idiots for asking a question. I feel you & your colleague round at these hospitals for the money, not the patients.
