Dr Kurt Bernsdorff is highly professional, very caring, very kind physician, thoughtful in all communications. He not just hears you, he Listens to you, and makes sure you understands his plans for you, and your team. He is a fantastic thoughtful doctor.

Saw Dr. Bernsdorff for two years then had 3 bouts of diverticulitis in eight months. Saw him twice during that point, which he stated my scans "weren't that bad". Got a second opinion at Cleveland Clinic and was told I needed surgery immediately, rupture and adhesion were imminent. By the time I got to surgery problems had spread to my bladder. I felt totally dismissed by Dr. Bernsdorff.

Walked in looking for help. After a very rude and condescending appointment with Dr. Bernsdorff, I left not caring if I EVER see another doctor again.

I was diagnosed with severe Barrett's Esophagus. Dr. Bernsdorff has been exceptional in his communication and treatment. He and his staff have performed 3 Halo Ablations so far and the results have been fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Bernsdorff

I called for an appt. with Dr. Bernsdorff due to a diverticulitis attack. This is a condition that could lead to a bowel resection if not treated. I was on hold 15 min. I had to hang up. I called back 3 times and no one answered. I called back later and had wait to talk to a nurse. I was told he was booked til the end of the year! I told the nurse that I then needed a script called in. She said she would let Dr. Bernsdorff know and call me back. I never received a call. I had to go to the ER!!

I had a routine colonoscopy performed in March 2016. They staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and thorough. Dr. Bernsdorf was on time and comforting. The procedure went very well. The sedation was perfect. I was fully aware until just before they began, and then I don't recall anything until I was in the recovery area and greeted by the nurse, my wife, and Dr. Bernsdorf. Smooth from start to finish.
