DO NOT GO SEE DR. PRASAD!!!!!!!!! If i could give no stars, I would. I was scheduled with first available as my primary care wanted me in sooner than later for unknown swelling in my neck and throat. I didn't even ask who I was being seen by, just trusted that it's a respectable practice with professional doctors. After reading other reviews I wish I had asked. I was in the room for less than 3 minutes and Dr. Prasad didn't even do a physical exam on me. He didn't check a single thing and just sent me on my merry way. I'm no closer to answers as to what's wrong with me and I now have a $300 dollar bill to pay for NOTHING. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have never left a bad review for any healthcare professional, but I feel not doing so would be an injustice to the public. Dr. Prasad performed my tonsillectomy, and during the procedure caused a severe perioral burn on the entire left side of my tongue. As a fellow healthcare professional who is very familiar with this type of surgery, I know that a burn this severe could have--and should have-- been easily prevented, and is a result of pure carelessness during the surgery. Poor bedside manner usually doesn't bother me, but ended up being the cherry on top of just an overall horrible experience.

I’ve never ever left a review on the internet of a person or even place of business before until today. I wish I’d have read reviews on him before going, I’d have requested different. He is completely dismissive, acts absolutely annoyed we are there, is rude, non knowledgeable and horrible bedside manner. I walked out of the apt with zero answers for our family and scheduling an apt with a different doctor completely wasting time and setting our daughter’s health back more. I do not recommend and will never see him again.

This guy barely paid attention to the concerns I was having, even rolling his eyes while I was talking about my concerns with pain in my throat. He took 2 seconds to look in my throat. He seemed like he didn't want to listen to what I had to say or even be there. He was in the room for 5 minutes. Absolutely will not return to this doctor nor should anyone.

Dr. Prasad removed a cancerous lymph node with radical neck surgery on my husband who is in his late 60s. With the many risks involved he made us aware the surgery might not prove possible to remove the tumor yet he was able to preform a successful surgical procedure. We felt completely confident with his performance in the operating room. He was very informative at office visits.

My 11-year-old son was being rechecked because he was having ear drainage and pain. Dr. Prasad was rude, could not answer questions, and basically seemed bothered we were there. Do not recommend!!!!

I absolutely love this man and his staff. So kind and professional. Dr. Prasad saved my life.

Dr.Prasad has been wonderful. He truly cares about is patients. When I had my cancer surgery he came to check on me 4 times a day. He took out my drains not the nurse. I have been his patient for 3 years and feel that I am blessed to have him for my ENT.

Dr. Prasad is the best! My husband underwent a total laryengectomy and due to prior radiation treatment, he had numerous complications. Dr. Prasad is very attentive to my husband and made many special trips to the hospital to attend to his specific needs. He is quite kind and even takes as much time as needed to inform and calm this concerned wife.

Amazing. Kind, professional, always takes his time with me. Been seeing Dr. P. since 2015. This fine surgeon is simply above reproach. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing ENT or head and neck surgery. His office staff should be commended on their efficiency and friendliness as well. Marsha, his Nurse is always eager to assist and treats me like a patient wishes to be treated.

Dr. Prasad was great! Easy to get into, didn't have to wait to see him, staff was amazing. He took his time with me and answered all my questions! Very knowledgeable, patient and kind.

Never had an issue . My diagnosis was correct he recommended surgery and had all my insurance and everything approved within 5 days. Dr. Pasad has always taken time to listen to concerns and answer my questions . I would highly recommend Dr. Pasad... ??

Rude and upsetting service! My husband waited over a month for his appointment. Took time off work, drove 1/2 hour to appointment only to be told Dr. Prasad was .... NOT coming to this location today. No one called us to notify us of change. Receptionist said "we have been having issues with that". Very inconsiderate of his clients time.

The most unprofessional Doctor I have ever been to. My primary physician referred me to his office because I have had a swollen lymph node on my collar bone for 2 years. He touched my collar bone and said it was just my collar bone and told me it was "basic anatamy."I walked out of the appointment after about 2 minutes because I knew he wasn't interested in helping me. He was very abrasive and unprofessional and I hope that he learns to treat his patients with more respect.
