Dr. Krystle Gadrinab-Jones, MD

Dr. Gadrinab-Jones is great if you have no issues with your health. I had concerns after seeing a consistently elevated number in the lab works in the last 1.5 years. Brought it up to her, and asked for ways to bring down the number, to which she didn't have answers. When asked if I could be referred to a specialist, she told me not to worry. She disregarded my concerns and when I asked for the 3rd time, she "guessed" that I have autoimmune disease, which later was refuted by a specialist. She is a very complacent, apathetic, & dismissive doctor. Don't go to her if you want a doctor who is proactive, attentive, vigilant, and empathetic.

Dr. Gadrinab impressed me as being competent, knowledgeable and caring. Office staff efficient and well organized. Appointment began on time and time with Dr. was not hirried.

I love that Dr Gadrinab-Jones takes the time to go over all my information. She also explains , in detail issues that bother me.

She is great. Did not feel rushed, and she listened to all my concerns and had great tips.

Dr Gadrinab genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes her time with you and is very thorough. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

This visit with the doctor was good. However, I waited for over 25 minutes for a fasting blood draw (no food). This is unacceptable and very disappointing. The nurse was overheard saying that she was going to ‘finish one more note’ then do the my blood draw. This was a nurse issue, not a doctor issue.

Dr. G is a great doctor! She is very patient, kind, truly listens to you. She is very thorough in her explanation. Very glad to have someone so compassionate in my corner.

Dr. G is by far one of the best physicians I’ve ever had. She takes her time and listens to your questions and concerns to diagnosis your issues. It’s easy to get it to see her and she does her absolute best to get back to you as quick as possible with any test results. Trust me you will not be disappointed by her or the office staff.

Dr and staff were exceptional in all respects. Very friendly and interested in my well being and helping me resolve medical issues. For two weeks prior to first visit, office staff spent hours with me on the telephone trying to resolve insurance issue trying to change my PCP to Dr. Jones.
