Treated my mother poorly
Did not listen to my mother and was rude to her. Had someone in room with her did not tell her who it was. Nurse doing triage was on phone with her kid the whole time. Maybe ask a question or two with your patients and actually listen to them. Geez

Very poor doctor. Avoid her.
Worst experience ever. The office staff is very slow and unhelpful. They will not call in prescriptions and will not do anything to help. Dr. Shah does not explain anything and does not give any straight answers. It is frustrating and like talking to a wall. I am glad to see that others had such a bad experience because I thought I was not being fair. Avoid this office. One star because the site will not take zero stars.

Dr. Shaw is my new doctor!
Wow! She is knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, and supportive. She told me some scary truths about what could happen if I don't get my blood sugars under control, but I appreciate that. She and her staff are fantastic!

She did nothing for me but made me wait for nothing. My doctor recommended me had all my blood work and stuff faxed to her and she didnt explain nothing or anything. She asked me why i was there and my doctor referred me. well she couldnt find none of my tests he faxed her so I just felt bad. so I wont go back there again she is really not a good doctor. I didnt like the way I was treated and have no more information than I did before so I had my doctor refer me somewhere else.

She no longer at this location. i drive to Northside now.only because I love her. She's my worst critic. Keeps me honest. But not happy with office staff. One was eating a cupcake in front of us patients. the other had a baggy of Elf Cookies on her desk. they didn't even try to hide them. Us Diabetics really don't want to see this. We have enough issues keeping our sugar in tact.

Paid off my Big Pharm companies to treat you like a Guinea pig when the meds you are currently on are working fine. Office are idiots who do not call in prescriptions in a timely manor then give attitude when you call back to question where your meds are. Go elsewhere if possible. Bad seed here!

Worst doctor ever. All she did was ask basic info. She barely made eye contact and mumbled with her eyes closed. She ignored my questions about hormonal imbalances and told me to diet and exercise. I work out daily and have followed keto and anti-inflamation diet (no carbs) so i only consume 1000 calories a day. No reason for weight gain! She did not care at all about why I was there. All she did was offer weight loss drugs but could not even tell me how they work! I refused and left.

Would not recommend. She talks to you so quietly you cannot understand, sometimes even with her eyes closed.

Dr. Shah was recommended by my primary care physician several years ago. I was diagnosed with late onset type 1 diabetes at the age of 55 and have been insulin dependent for about 5 years. I have found her to be extremely capable, amiable and professional. We have an appointment every three or four months where we discuss my lab results, blood sugar history, and general wellbeing. She performs an A1C test, checks my heart and lung function, and examines my feet. I would highly recommend her.
