Dismissed my high PTH and said to come in a year
She dismissed my high PTH lab results and claimed it was due to having kidney stones . I followed up with a different Endocrinologist who referred me to an endocrine surgeon and subsequently performed a parathyroidectomy … 3&1/2 parathyroid glands were removed as they were diseased and had hyperplasia and were hypercellular . I am grateful I chose another endocrinologist who had the insight and the knowledge to make a correct diagnosis and refer me to a surgeon . feel so much better since having the surgery .. I would NOT recommend Dr. Doshi
