Lies about insurance coverage, refuses to provide requested services to patients.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. To say this women was a witch would be an understatement! She convinced me that I needed to be induced into labor because I showed signs of preeclampsia even though I tested negative. Eventually I conceded. On the 3rd day I was ready to throw in the towel and come back when my body was ready to give birth because it clearly wasn’t ready considering we had made 0 progress in over 12 hours. She decided she wanted to break my water and force me into labor and after much arguing I decided that it was best that I trusted my body. So, I left. To which she delivered threats and snide remarks. All around she had a horrible attitude to me. Also, and I believe most importantly, when I got there they found that I had a yeast infection. All the nurses were great about being gentle but she was NOT. She gave no warning before touching me. I was screaming in pain and gripping the bed rails. When I couldn’t take any more and told he to stop SHE WOULDN’T.

Friendly professional front staff & nurse very easy to check in no long waiting time. Dr Kristy Kazemfar was very professional and easy to talk to, very happy with the service I received.

This review is not about Dr Kazemfar- I would love to return to her but I won’t because of on-going billing issues! Eugene in the billing office has told me multiple times my claim from an August visit was filed with my insurance (after I confirmed before my appointment this dr was in network & 100% covered). Nothing was submitted to Cigna until the end of Nov. My insurance now denied the claim bc it was filed too late by the dr. Cigna says I owe nothing but today I got another bill for this visit. I have multiple emails saying the claim was submitted & even Cigna called them directly- and the claim still sat for months! After the claim was denied in December, I get another bill in March?!? Hopefully the office makes this right- will update the review if they do. But, a well-woman visit should NOT be this difficult!

Terrible experience. Staff was unpleasant. Doctor was harsh and cold. I won't be back.

Extremely painful pap smear! Told the Doctor that the birth control prescribed caused severe symptoms but she stated that the symptoms were not from the drugs and blamed it on my body. When choosing a doctor you should choose one that not only takes into account your preference but also respects your choices and problems. This doctor does neither and I would never recommend this Doctor to any of my friends or family.
