Great family doctor
My family has been using Dr Pepperell since 2009. Dr. Pepperell is very attentive, thorough, and has great bedside manner. He listens and addresses any issue you may have. His MA Kristie (I hope I spelled it correctly) is top tier and just as amazing as the doctor. We rarely wait longer than a few minutes past out appt time to be called back. The exam room wait for the doctor is never more than maybe 15 mins on average. If you have to see Jerry in the lab do not fret. He is just as gentle as can be with blood draws and his bedside manner is excellent as well.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pepperell for 4 years, and I always feel like I’m in safe hands with him. He seems like a busy dude, but is always willing to make time for you. His receptionists and nurses are always great to work with. Insurance is always a breeze. I had a traumatic experience with needles at childhood and always panic when I get near one. They have a note under my file to medicate me before such procedures, and they never treat me like a nuisance for this the way other medical professionals have done. Seriously cannot recommend enough.

Dr. Pepperell is very knowledgeable in medicine and always work with you to provide the most appropriate solutions for your problems. He's kinda, considerate, and always answers any questions you have and explains his treatment methods clearly.

Beware of surprise charges!! I have had an ok experience up to this point, but on a recent visit I asked the doctor about a small bump on the palm of my hand, he poked at it for 5 seconds and billed me $190 dollars!! They would not let me speak to the doctor until I paid, either. Their accountant said they always billed the maximum allowed, and that was it. Very dissatisfied, trying to find another doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kristoffer Pepperell for over a decade now. My family has seen him many times as well. I have always been impressed with his thorough and attentative approach. I have had various rounds of bronchitis and sinus infestions and even pneumonia, that usually does take a while to get through, but I was always very confident that I, and my family, was in good hands with Dr. Pepperell.
