Dr. Schwerin helped us support our adolescent then teenage daughter as she struggled with an eating disorder. Her understanding of the problems and calm guidance was very helpful.

I would highly recommend finding another psychiatrist in the area. She is condescending, flippant, and does not have compassion for her clients. If you want someone to tell you how to be, in every aspect of your life, medication or otherwise, than she’s the doctor for you. If however, you want someone to work and collaborate with you on your care, seek another professional. She has also messed up medications, entered notes incorrectly, and clearly, does not listen to her clients.

I was very lucky to have come across Dr. Schwerin. I have suffered from depression and insomnia for several years, largely related to stress with my emotionally labile teen daughter. Dr. Schwerin was very attentive, smart, and helpful for me during this exceptionally challenging time. She clearly has a great deal of training and experience in this area and anyone would be lucky to have her as their doctor.

very obvious that she is NOT passionate about your health, you or even her job. distant. not very competent, if you have anything but a very very mild case of depression she will be completely worthless!
