She’s a sweet lady and cares for the better health
Dr.Kruse is very dedicated to making sure my health is good and if there’s anything that she could assist with she always make it known by asking do I have any questions and that lets me know if there’s something I need professionally she’s right there,thanks for all you do Dr. Kruse!

Friendly and professional
Dr. Kruse is awesome. I travel 2 hours to see her for my appointments. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is definitely a hidden treasure.

I was called back quickly. This was a follow-up visit. She listened to my concerns and did an assessment. She adjusted my medication, but referred me for x-rays to make sure there wasn't a problem.

Frustrated Patient
First visit was considered a "new patient visit" as noticed on my first bill. This was supposed to be an annual exam that should be covered by insurance. But because of the way it was coded, I had to pay out of pocket. She belittles you about decisions you make for yourself on vaccinations. Treats you like you are 5 years old and ignorant. The second time I visited was to get a mammogram scheduled. She turned it into an annual exam and asked me questions. Again, coded it so I had to pay more out of pocket. She is not forthcoming on what she is doing and how much more it is going to cost you. Make sure you make it clear as soon as she comes in the room, you are only there for the sick visit or whatever you are there for...don't offer any extra information when asked as she will charge for you answering. Feel very manipulated and treated like my visit was more about money than my health.

After having 8 botched back surgeries by a neurosurgeon that skipped town, Dr. Kruse was ONLY doctor out of MANY ( I tried of 6 years) that actually read my extensive medical records and FINALLY referred me to new neurosurgeon. Very compassionate, thorough, and understanding my pain and physical needs and got me the help I've needed for so long. Highly recommended!! Great bedside manner.
