Dr. Dement is a wonderful doctor and I'm very happy that she is my primary. She always takes the time to include my thoughts in her treatment plan and explains things thoroughly. She makes me feel heard and cared for.

Overall very good experience. This was my first visit with the primary care physician and have feel very good about future consultations. It was difficult making the first appointment since there Is only a general phone number and I was on hold for a fair amount of time. However, now I have established communication through My Chart It should be easy to make future appointments.
