Dr. Vu has been my primary physician for over 2 years. She is a very good listener and is able to explain things so you can understand it. She is very knowledgeable and has always provided me with excellent care.

Excellent Physician
Dr. Vu has been my doctor for a couple of years. She has provided excellent care, takes plenty of time with me to go over any new issues etc. I would highly recommend her. Has a great personality.

Don't waste your time
Not really willing to do anything for you other than run tests. Doesn't call in prescriptions when she says she will. Doesn't want to take rx recommendations from other doctors. I mentioned this when a medicine wasn't called in and the Pharmacist said that a lot of her patients have been complaining about her. I once had to wait over an hour to be seen by her and she rushed through the appointment. I have ASD which she knew of and was overwhelmed and started crying in the office and she told me to calm down, got reactionary and raised her voice. When I asked her not to yell at me she said if I was uncomfortable that I could leave. She has scarred me for life

Dr Vu has always taken the time to listen to anything that has needed address and has given advice to help my husband and I both see her and will continue to do so

The office staff is rude and do not truly care about your health. They just want you to be bullied by them. Dr. Vu in general is not personable, makes excuses for when they mess up and fail, place name on patients, refuse to accept responsibility, and then likes to bill you when they actually do not do anything for you or even see you. They also refuse to work with you or come up with solutions when they make mistakes and fail to follow through with their commitments. Do not under any circumstances deal with this office. Find another doctor.
