Not worth it. Always running behind. I once waited 2 hours for a 9am appt. Most of my appointments had to be cancelled because of the doctor and her schedule. Try to get me out of there as quick as possible. Office staff is rude and disrespectful. Charges things without telling you then says they have the right to do that. Go somewhere else!

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I have been going to this practice for 2 years. I have had 2 biopsies recently to determine a diagnosis that is very concerning to me. No one called me with my results. Three weeks after my last biopsy I called the practice and left a message to get my results. No one has called me back. If I could rate this practice less than 0 I would. This is completely unacceptable.

Everyone in my family as been to Dr. Savola several times. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has always been able to help us with our problems. I would highly recommend her.

This center is never on time for ANYTHING. I'm on Accutane for my acne and they never put the results into the iPledge system, so have to wait days for them to do THEIR JOB, meanwhile I'm without medicine and my face is suffering. I always have to hunt them down and to tell them to put the results into the system! I'm doing a better job at their job than they are, and that's pretty sad. The staff seems very ditzy and oblivious to everything. Do not give these people your money!!!

I don't feel the clinic deserves any stars from me. Dr and employees are disrespectful. They tried to make me pay for what is supposed to be written off from insurance. My insurance had to call to educate them on this. My suggestion check your billing. My appts were canceled several times too. Dr was extremely upset cause she felt she should make more on a 15 min laser. She dismissed me as a patient cause she did not make the money she felt she should. She and I had this conversation. So sad!!
