I wish I could rate zero stars.
Kristen Case is devoid of competence, compassion and tact. She treated my teen like a toddler and behaved as if my child’s (developmental) challenges with emotional regulation were disciplinary problems to be solved. She was equally condescending and impatient with me as a parent. Under no circumstances should you entrust the mental health care of your loved one to this witch.

Very satisfied
I had Dr Case as my doctor while I was in outpatient care, and she consistently showed care in her work and respected privacy and boundaries, and made sure all of her patients felt comfortable and safe. Highly commend

Excellent! Excellent!
Dr. Case provided excellent care for our daughter in PHP. She was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. She took extra time to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot).
