Dr. Kraig Pepper, DO

It is next to impossible to get anyone on the phone from Dr Peppers office and getting a return call is just as bad. After knee replacement surgery, May 15, 2023, infection was present when I was kicked out of hospital & went back by ambulance one day later. Now I have a blood clot in the back of my knee & my leg is numb and can get no response from office. I was not informed how much pain is involved post surgery nor what to expect. My knee is stiff & numb and so much pain I have not been able to sleep in over a week I have complained to office about this and was dismissed.

Dr. Pepper and Robby are very attentive to all my issues along with the rest of the staff except for Susan molina she lies and gives out incorrect information such as not knowing what is going on she very definitely needs to be replaced with someone who has a better understanding of how to do her job professionally and not like she has no clue of what is going on. I have been treated for a injury for the last three weeks and she just told the workers comp. Representative that they had not seen me even once which is a blatant lie. In my opinion she should be replaced

Dr Pepper attended to my situation In a very timely manner and made sure that I was cared for going forward. I appreciate his attentiveness and his ensuring that my surgery was successful. God bless him and his staff

The staff, as well as Dr. Pepper, are always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pepper is very professional during your visit with him and takes great care with your treatment. He explains what he is going to do, answers your questions, and doesn't waste your time. I would highly recommend him.

I Love Dr Peppers office, they are always busy, but do their best to take care of each patient. They do an awesome job of answering my questions, and getting my services taken care of. Dr Pepper did a Total hip on me this year, and I have felt 100 times better since.

My experience with Dr. Pepper was great, his staff is very friendly even though they have to put up with a lot of rude patients, they are still proffessional, his PA , Robby is wonderful

Dr. Pepper is very kind and knows exactly what he is doing! His PA is just as kind and knowledgeable. All of his staff are great and efficient at taking care of his patients' needs! I strongly recommend him as the best Orthopedic Doctor in Fort Worth!

I am very pleased with my surgery that was done 2/8/19 by Dr. Pepper. I had right carpal tunnel release surgery. My had feel great and the incision looks really good. Dr. Pepper and the hospital staff was awesome. Everyone was very informative, very detailed, courteous, polite, answered all my questions. Over all I have no complaints and look forward to him doing the same surgery on my left hand.

I would never recommend him. I had emergency hip surgery by him and bc of it I was on a walker for 10-11 months. I went to a different doctor and had to have a complete hip replacement. There was so much damage from the first surgery it took longer than expected in surgery..the second one.

Dr Pepper was recommended by a friend for shoulder surgery. I had surgery on both shoulders within 4 months. Dr Pepper was very accommodating, especially when my second surgery was an urgent one. He was able to do the surgery the next day after seeing him. Recovery went well in both cases. He is a superb doctor! Highly recommend.

I recommend Dr. Pepper for ALL of your orthopedic needs. He's a great surgeon, he's caring and knowledgeable. He's taken care of my knees and now shoulders.

I've been seeing Dr. Pepper for 5yrs now. He has repaired a torn rotator cuff & bicep for me....with perfect care. I also see him twice a year for knee injections. He is a wonderful doctor & I highly recommend him!

Do not expect good bed side manners. Had surgery on knee. Dr. never came to talk to me before and after he doesn't come to talk to your family member -he calls them. Since the surgery I have never seen him again, I always get scheduled with the PA. I was given a machine to use with no instruction. I tried contacting the office several times with no response. So I just guessed. It has been 6 weeks and I still have pain and swelling. Finally had physical therapy scheduled last week. Not a good exp

Did two rotor cup surgery on me. Great Dr. Will use again.

Terrible office staff, no one ever returns your calls or answers the phone. I used Dr. Pepper several years ago and he was fine. Don't know what happened but I called off my surgery because I lost all trust in him and his office staff.

HE'S WONDERFUL!!! I live along way from him,but I still drive 3 hours just to see him,would drive forever!!!??He's that good!!!

Dr Peppers staff is horrible. The front ladies are rude. The office manager seems unhappy with her duties in the office. I had surgery a week ago and had to fight a week to get the to pre auth. I made a trip to the office an sat there in the waiting room till the issues were resolved. Seems like nobody there can do simple math or do what they are there for. I love Dr. Pepper heat s amazing don't get me wrong. His staff on the other hand.....well I'm Christian an choose not to use foul words
