Dr. Kort Gronbach, MD

Very rude, agrumentive.. if you don't want to follow his plan he wants to dismiss. Don't review charts well enough to know back ground history and judges you .left office upset in tears.never again

i have dealt with severe chronic pain for 6 years. i transferred to see Dr Gronbach. he saved my life and i’m not being dramatic.

left sitting with back pain for 1.5hrs in the waiting room with several other elderly patients. Due to that I cannot walk today and am in more pain. Gave me a rx which I've taken and doesnt work but he insisted. Now I find out the 2 month 'follow up' is with his staff not him. He did not look at my background on mychart and did NOT review my MRI. Scam to get me to pay another 45.00 to talk to a nurse about a medication I am not going to take due to stomach issues. He would NOT listen to me. I had such high hopes to meet with him. But, COPC is all about nickle and diming the patients for copays instead of actual treatment.

Dr. Gronbach is very intelligent and an excellent Physician. Really knows how to treat back pain: what works and what does not. One of those Dr.s with tons of experience and successful patient treatment. He has treated me 2x now over the years and the treatments have lasted years each time. He and his staff are very nice and treated me very well.

This is a very poorly ran office of pain management the staff and he are a shabby excuse of the medical professional group the location and the staff did not act or appear competent

Pompous and rude. Expect the worst pain ever when getting an injection from this Doctor. I cannot in good faith recommend him to anyone like me living with chronic pain.

I'm 19 years old with an old ankle injury from High School. I have to admit my pain went away with a few swipes from the ole prescription pad. After leaving the Pharmacy I have been painless ever since. And he offers telehealth which is so convenient, because after a ten minute phone call I'm all set with strong painkillers for 3 months. I'm truly painless thanks to Dr. Gronbach. My only issue is I haven't a clue what's wrong with my ankle, but one thing for sure it doesn't hurt anymore. Thank you Dr. G for your generosity with the meds!

Dr. Gronbach takes his time in exploring and explaining the different ways tht he can help you to feel much better. I was sent to him by Dr. James Natalie who had done all he cld while understanding my pain was out of control and Dr. Gronbach wld be able to help me. I'm very grateful to have doctors tht really care about my well-being. Thank you Dr. Gronbach and especially Dr. Natalie I cldn't have done it without the both of you!

Zero is not an option, and if there were negative stars, that is where this rating would be. Dismissive of elderly woman patient input, rude and indignant treatment . 80 plus year old female patient left exposed during rude and disrespectful speech towards her. Abandoned pre approved treatment plan discussed in previous visit, for which prescription has been filled for preparation. Exited room without any further word to patient, abandoned any care plan in future without explanation. If you don’t agree with his agenda, mistreatment follows.

My mother (who is in her 80’s) had a horrendous doctor visit. She was not treated with dignity, honesty, care, compassion or professionalism in her most recent visit. Previously, the doctor had given hope for treatment of her chronic back pain. He made a sudden change in course, with no plan of action for any pain relief and with no real explanations. Rather, he was argumentative and dismissive. Zero star rating was not an option. Do not recommend.

Seeking an opinion regarding two back surgeries and how to avoid a third!

Dr Gronbach is very caring, listens to you and answers all my questions. When he can’t answer he refers me to another doctor who can help me. I’m very satisfied with his care.

He is the greatest Doctor.He is very thorough, explains everything he is going to do at my level of understanding.He is very good at answering my questions. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Gronbach always explains the choices in treatments plans and is truly interested in helping relieve YOUR pain.

Dr Gronbach made me feel at ease throughout my procedure. And his team are very helpful and nice.

Dr. Gronbach is always willing to listen to my concerns. He is thorough, explaining the process and the results that are expected.

Dr Gronbach was very thorough and informative. He asked many questions, examined me, scheduled me for a follow up for additional treatment and referred me to another specialist within the practice to address issues that are outside of his scope. Everyone within the COPC practice has been great to work with and are clearly committed to their patients and passionate about determining the best treatment options.

Very easy to talk with. He explains things well and is very professional. He definitely makes you feel comfortable!

Dr. Gronbach is one of the best in his field. Tough but caring. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a pain specialist. I respect him as a man and as a physician.

I give 5????? Stars to every person in Dr. GRONBACH's Office and 6 to Dr. GRONBACH. Everyone there is welcoming, warm and helpful, with equal consideration given to All. Dr. G. is a excellent listener and compassionate physician. 6 stars is not an exaggeration. I do not hesitate to recommend him.
