Amazing Doctor!
My mother wasn’t feeling well. So she went to West Hills Hospital by ambulance for an emergency. She doesnt speak English well. I arrived shortly after my mother was taken in. Dr. Borhani was able to communicate effectively with her by speaking Farsi. He ordered the appropriate tests for her and personally called her primary doctor to coordinate her care and get her admitted to the hospital for further testing. I’m so grateful to Dr. Borhani for being so kind and professional from beginning to end. First class!

I’m extremely happy we met Dr. Borhani during this traumatic experience. Our child was having a severe allergic reaction to something (we think a new baby lotion) but Dr. Borhani was incredible and helped calm us down by assuring everything was going to be fine and telling us we did the right thing by coming in immediately. They acted quickly and explained everything with such care and clarity. I felt safe and in great hands with the entire ER team. You don’t realize how scary it is when it’s your child in harms way. Thank you for making all the difference when we needed it most!

Thank you Dr. Borhani
I’m someone who typically avoids Doctors. Unfortunately, I had a personal matter happen over the weekend that required me to go to the ER. I was pleasantly surprised with the urgency and tenacity Dr. Borhani exhibited. He treated me like a human being, unlike some of my past hospital experiences. He made direct eye contact while communicating with me and made me feel at ease from the beginning, reassuring he and his staff were there to support me. Thank you again Doc!

Great service
I came in last week bc I’ve been having ongoing shortness of breath. This time it became so bad I had to go to the hospital. Dr Borhani ordered a few test. When test came back he explained everything to me to fully understand what was going on with me. I was scared outta my mind with how shallow my breathing was. He was able to open up my airways and let me know it wasn’t as serious as my mind made it to be. Dr Borhani gave me great service and let me know what was happening to whole time. Just wanted to say thank you.

Thanks Doc!
I can't thank Dr. Borhani enough for the care he provided when my father was in critical condition in the emergency room. From the moment we stepped in, he treated us with compassion and made us feel like more than just a number. He patiently listened to all our concerns and ensured that my father’s pre-existing conditions were well managed. He took extra care to avoid any conflicting treatments. Dr. Borhani was also proactive in reaching out to my father’s oncologist, ensuring seamless coordination in his care. His attentiveness and professionalism were truly reassuring during such a stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for his exceptional care and support! You saved my dad! Thank you!

This doctor should not be treating patients!
This doctor should not be treating patients! He was ignorant, careless and snarky with a horrific bedside manner. This is not an appropriate way to treat an emergency room patient who is in severe pain. When he came into the exam room, he asked about my pain. I explained to him what I was experiencing and that I have a history of chronic and sometimes severe back pain which is being treated by specialists that include pain management, chiropractic and physical therapy. It was after hours so I was unable to reach my doctors or go to Urgent Care. Borhani refused to order an MRI, asked why I wasn't on meds & began an argument with me insisting that there is no such thing as a pain management doctor that doesn't prescribe meds (look up Interventional Pain Management). He was about to give me Norco, an opioid which I am highly intolerant to because he didn't even look at my chart. Future patients be warned and seek another doctor if you find yourself at West Hills Hospital's ER.

Terrible Person
Berated me and scolded me infront of staff, yelled at me across nurses station, became verbally combative when i asked a nurse to see a different dr. I was in the ER having an emergency situation. I ended up leaving because he made me feel extremely unsafe there at West Hills Hospital.
