Dr. Murthy shouldn't have a medical practitioner's license at all. He not only has bad bedside manners but he couldn't be bothered with a ten minute peer to peer phone call to get me my medications reapproved for the ulcers on my liver for over a week. First he tried to blame medicaid so I had to continue to call back every day for a week to get the medication I needed as he continued to hang up on me every day stating he doesn't have time to to take ten minutes for a peer to peer to get my medication approved through my insurance. That it would be the following Friday before he would be able to get my medication for me. He clearly doesn't care about the welfare of hos patients as his tome os too valuable to have to contend to thing'ssuch as what is required to get anyone the medication they need to support good health. Then he decided that he needed to drop me as a patient after I set an appointment with medicaid to call him back on that Friday for a peer to peer and my Oncologist ref

My father was a patient of his for years and kept having the same problems. He presented all the classic symptoms of colon cancer and Mr. Murphy missed it over and over again. Kept giving my father the same pills over and over again ignoring the facts in front of him. My father's cancer spread into his stomach. We finally took him to the emergency room and a young general practice doctor saw the problem immediately and scheduled my dad for a consult with a different GI doctor. My father lost most of his colon and some of his stomach and was lucky to survive. It was easily avoidable if Mr. Murphy would have known what he was doing and/or paying attention to the details of the test results. Avoid using this person as a doctor if you value you life.

He's rude. He's quick. His staff is rude. You'll never get copies of your records. You'll never get results of your tests. DO NOT GO TO HIM!

Truly concerned for his patient's well being. If needed, he would leave the office to perform an emergency endoscope. He also provided a month samples of medications to patients without insurance or underinsured in the pharmacy coverage. If they needed more, Dr p. Murthy was there to provide and serve in the community.
