Teenage patient. Dr. Afzal is very good about sharing good wellness and healthcare advice, listening and offering suggestions. My daughter is shy and Dr. Afzal was able to thoroughly address her one question so when we left the office, my daughter said she was happy she asked the question and got a better answer than she could find on the Internet.

Disgusting, I took my son in for anaphylaxis and the doc wrote which antihistamines he needed on his perscription form with an epipen, which i gave into CVS and didn't get back. I took my daughter in a week later for a wellness visit (my son came too) and I asked the doc to clarify which antihistamines she had told us to take and I am now being charged for a docs visit of $259 for asking a question that her office was supposed to call me and clarify. She also persuaded us to have the flu shot which was covered 100% but they are saying because she gave it to him in the office that the $259 office visit is a valid charge!!! (I didn't even ask for it) I disputed it but they ignored me but now my HRA account (blue cross) have sent two payments to the doctors but the Dignity Health address is wrong and the cheques have been returned once and now are missing (on someones desk somewhere) and the docs office is sending me to collections for not paying????? WT Heck, Disgusted service
