Dr. Klyda White, DO

Although Dr. White seemed nice during our visit, her follow through is very bad! It took a month to get results from her for some tests. Then no explanation to what they meant just a prescription for medication which I had to call back days later because the pharmacy never got it. When I called back, they confirmed she had not sent it in.

First and foremost, Dr. White herself is amazing. She is so great. However, I am finding myself looking for a new GP due to her secretary. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in my life. It hasn't been once--it has been every single time I have had to speak to her. I am running out of a medication that can cause seizures if stopped abruptly. I called to check on my refill, and was treated like a total annoyance, and hung up on. My anxiety is through the roof, and I am in tears.

The office is very outdated, the staff have know-it-all attitudes and the doctor didn't have the sweetest bedside manner.

Dr White assigned to me via Anthem BC insurance. Previously i was with Sansum in SB, i was extremely happy with all Sansum affiliates (world class healthcare) Dr. White had BIG shoes to fill. I am happy to report, she has been great! She proactively addresses issues, replies promptly, a very competent Physician. Very down to earth and a great listener. I feel comfortable communicating all personal health related issues with her. Happy to recommend her, as long as won't impact my appoints :-)

I don't understand these ratings! My experience with Dr. White has been wonderful. Not only did she LISTEN on my first appointment, because of a mental health reason in my medical file, she called me back to her office, knelt down in front of me & took my hands. She said, I have no problem giving you the medicine you need but I need you to look me in the eye as another human being & promise me that you're not going to make a suicide attempt.. How more loving & personal can you be???
