Dr. Klaus Kernbach, DPM

Dr. Kernbach did my surgery with excellent results. He is attentive, friendly, and competent. Would recommend him without reservation.

My experience with Dr. Kernbach was excellent. I just had surgery on a broken and unstable fibula, and everything about the process exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kernbach really knows what he's doing, and he answered all my questions. I tend to do a good amount of research before going into any situation, especially one involving surgery, and he was patient and kind enough to explain everything to me in detail. I didn't feel like he was in a rush. He listened carefully to all my questions and gave complete answers. I also felt I was in excellent hands because he was class valedictorian from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt College, which according to my research is the #3 ranked podiatric medicine college in the world. This gave me confidence going into the surgery. I also want to give a shout out to the entire staff at Kaiser, including the nurses and even the receptionists. They have all been so kind and helpful.

Not great. I felt like he did not listen much at all and just wanted the appointment done. I felt like he did not care about my questions. He was not one bit friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day.
